I graduated in Social Psychology in December 2003 and started working for a training organization for coaches, counselors and consultants as project manager.
In August 2004 I combined this job with a new position as a teacher for the Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies. I taught academic and social skills to students of the Natural and Social Sciences Bachelor, a liberal arts and sciences study.
From September 2005 till February 2008 I worked full time at the University of Amsterdam and fulfilled the role of study advisor for the Master Cognitive Science and for the Bachelor Natural and Social Sciences.
Since 2008 I am the programme manager of the Research Master Brain and Cognitive Sciences. This is a selective research master's programme that offers three specializations; Behavioural Neuroscience, Cognitive Neuroscience and Cognitive Science. A research master with a broad selection of tracks, from Molecule to Mind at the highest possible level.
Since September 2016 I am curriculum developer at the Education Lab of the IIS working on different projects for the Universty of Amsterdam, and as an independent trainer, coach and consultant in Higher Education through Reflect Academy.
