During Change Making, professionals deploy expertise from different fields and work together with students on societal transitions.

Is Change Making for you?

  • You have a mission. You are working on a complex societal issue and have a clear objective in mind.
  • You seek new perspectives. You are open to fresh, innovative ideas from motivated students to approach your challenge.
  • You want to learn together. You believe in co-learning and are willing to exchange knowledge and experience with students.
  • You want to dive deeper. You are interested in scientific theories and methods regarding transitions and want to apply these within your own organisation.
  • You are ready to invest your time. You are committed to actively participating in the programme. This requires a time investment of at least one morning per week, either at the university or at your workplace.
  • No application fee. Participation is free of charge for professionals. We do not ask for a financial contribution; we only ask for your time, expertise, and commitment.
The project method is based on the Transition Cycle

What is co-learning?

Co-learning is a meaningful exchange of knowledge and experience aimed at achieving a more holistic understanding. This dynamic process not only facilitates the creation of new knowledge and experiences but also serves as a (lifelong) learning opportunity. Through co-learning, participants engage in an in-depth analysis of complex societal and organizational challenges, fostering inspiration and evidence-based perspectives by integrating both scientific and practical knowledge. The co-learners use the Transition Cycle as their leading method.
