Co-learning is a meaningful exchange of knowledge and experience aimed at achieving a more holistic understanding. This dynamic process not only facilitates the creation of new knowledge and experiences but also serves as a (lifelong) learning opportunity. Through co-learning, participants engage in an in-depth analysis of complex societal and organizational challenges, fostering inspiration and evidence-based perspectives by integrating both scientific and practical knowledge. The co-learners use the Transition Cycle as their leading method.
All programmes require a commitment of at least four co-learning moments at the university and at least once at your workplace. We offer three distinct programmes aligned with our academic calendar:
1. Project Change Making

2. Change Making for Sustainability
